I have been needing some inspiration, in my photography and life of late, I think I might have just found it.
When I was studying photography I dreamt of being a surf photographer, owning a Canon 400mm f2.8 lens(the big white ones), to shoot the best surfers around. Reality and destiny have taken me on a different path over the last five years.Things have changed, I have traveled less this year and now have the time and hunger for new adventures.
Last week I met a flipping talented kite surfer and just a good guy, Luke McGullewie. Bellow are a few images of our first shoot together.
Standing on the beach yesterday with my cameras and I realised something, those dreams I had when I was studying have come true. I live a blessed life and I am excited for what is to come.
I had the privilege of doing the first Robben Island triathlon a few weekends ago. It really was a great day!
I had the honor of spending the morning with Riaan Manser, as he set off on his latest adventure, The Journey of Hope.Riaan is cycling 4100km around South Africa on half the daily calories that his body needs, to create awareness and to raise money for hungry children.
